Many application websites will allow you to write in what score you got in their form. They don't start reviewing applications immediately. The main problem with this is that you could send them score without knowing what it is beforehand.
So, I guess we could submit our application with a blank "MGRE" entry and then send them the Nov scores later if its good? If the Oct score is good, I suppose we'll be able to fill in the MGRE entry and send it in by December 1st.
I meant there are two outcomes:
1) October Scores Good = We'll find out by Nov in time for the December deadlines.
2) October Scores Bad = Take the test in Nov. Wait until Dec 10 to find out the scores. Hopefully, we'll meet the deadline. If not, have to find some way to submit it after application submission.
