If the practice tests are and indication I should get in the ~60th percent and/or about a 700.

Sometimes, I feel like I should have studied more. On the other hand, I'm not so sure what else to study besides the PR book and the old practice exams... I've reviewed a few topics that I haven't seen on those prep materials yet, but I feel like I would never know what to study until I actually take the test. So overall, I think I studied for this exam just enough

On the other hand, I think I got a good handle on the time management.

GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU WHO ARE TAKING THIS TEST TOMORROW!

I just finished it. Question: Is it ALWAYS better to randomly guess? Hypothetically speaking, if I skipped several questions instead of taking the risk of lowering my raw score by a moderately high multiple of 1/4, will I suffer more than if I randomly guessed on all of them?

If guesses incorrectly on 12 questions, maximum gain is 12 points but maximum loss is only 3... BUT if all of them are skipped, there's no chance of the raw score improving. I'm answering my own question here...guessing is probably best.

But then what is your chance of getting it right? 1/5
while your change of getting it wrong is 4/5
So for every 5 questions u guess, 1 will be right thus +1
but 4 will be wrong, thus 4*(-1/4) = -1
So you come out with 0

Exactly, all guessing does in increase your variance.
