How to Get A Hard/Soft Copy of the Cracking the GRE Math Subject Test by Princeton Review

Hi. I will be taking the GRE Math Subject test this April. I placed an order for Cracking the GRE Math test on the 28th of February on Amazon.com but my account was 'temporarily blocked' (I live in Nigeria). I have submitted my account statement and personal profile to them. After more than 48 hours, I called their customer line. I have called their customer line for about three times now and each time, they asked me to wait for 24 hours as they were working on my information/account. I have heard a lot about the book and I don't want to go for the test without reading the textbook. So my questions are : (1) where can I download the book or at least read it online (2) is anyone out there who can help me with their used copy? (3) Is there much difference in terms of content and overall quality between the 3rd and 4th editions of the book? I am eagerly awaiting positive response.
