Columbia graduate program in applied math

As a third year undegrad, I am doing some research on grad programs in applied math, and to the best of my knowledge, the so-called top notch programs in applied math are Princeton PACM, Brown DAM, and Stanford ICME.
What about Columbia's APAM? How strong is Columbia's program?

Pick a professor, not a freaking school....

Is this list comprehensive? I'm surprised there are only 14 schools listed. Here are the NRC rankings for comparison:
