Best algebraic geometry book/lecture material

Hello everyone.
Can you please suggest a good algebraic geometry textbook ( just to clarify, I am aware of Shafarevich)? It will be great if it contains a lot of problems and exercises. Lecture coursework notes with problems to solve will be fine as well. Thanks!

I think lecture notes on foundations of algebraic geometry by Ravi Vakil at Stanford is considered to be a very good source to learn the subject from.

You can also use this book as an introduction or supplement. I thought it was a pretty clear text when I went through it. Introduction to Algebraic Geometry by Justin Smith
