List of REUs?

So I have been generating a list of REUs to apply to but I am not sure how competitive each one is. I am a sophomore and I don't think I have a chance of getting into the super competitive ones like Duluth, Emory, Williams (maybe even Cornell? I don't know where that stacks up).

So what would be some examples of mid tier REUs?

Some info on my math background: I've taken 1 year-long analysis course, one complex analysis course. Currently taking a year long sequence in algebra , a course on point-set and a course on functional analysis.

I'm not honestly not sure how to rank REUs other than with the ranking of the grad program (which even then would still be iffy). So here's just a list of REUs funded by the NSF for this summer:

I've looked through that list but it doesn't indicate which ones are harder/easier to get into.

I don't think there's any real way to know for sure. Just apply to as many as you can.
