Strongest number theory graduate programs

What are the top graduate programs in algebraic number theory?

If you are looking for ANT, you should also look for strong Algebraic Geometry presence in the same department.

Harvard, Yale, Columbia, UPenn, Princeton, Michigan, Cal Berkeley, Chicago, Mich are wonderful departments (not in any order)

Brown, MIT, UWash, UCSD are also good.

NYU, Rice, UIUC, JHU are also okay but the problem is they have very few in ANT, so if he has enough students (like Hasset at Rice he already guiding 6 students) that will be big issue.

I am not familiar with other schools not listed above.

It's worth adding Stanford and Wisconsin - Madison to the list.
