Profile evaluation[Eventhough, it is December]

Hello, math people!
Below is my profile, as an applicant:

Undergrad Institution: Sofia university, Bulgaria Major(s): Computer science
GPA: 3.91 , 4-Math
Graduate Institution: Sofia university, Bulgaria Major(s): Probability ans Statistics [Masters]
GPA: 4.00
Type of Student: International, Male

GRE Revised General Test:
Q: 167 (95%)
V: 146 (28%)
W: 2 (02%) :oops: :oops:
GRE Subject Test in Mathematics:
M: 770 (75%)

TOEFL Score: (87 = R23/L24/S20/W20) (if applicable)

Program Applying: (Pure Math/Applied Math), Combinatorics

Research Experience: One paper in preparation, related to Ramsey theory, Two REUs, last two summers, in Rennes, France- game theory and stochastic optimization(in the context of Smart Grids)- another paper in preparation,
A small paper on Enumerative combinatorics, in a local journal without Impact factor.
Awards/Honors/Recognitions: IMC- Honorable mention, Balkan olympiad for students- bronze medal,
Pertinent Activities or Jobs: TA- 5 different courses- Discrete math, Calculus, Statistics, Design and analysis of algorithms, Information theory, Three months work as a software developer.
Any Miscellaneous Points that Might Help: Participated in a Short course on Random graphs, of London Mathematical society.
Any Other Info That Shows Up On Your App and Might Matter: Recommendation from one well-known professor in Combinatorics.(the other two are on average level).


I don't have much money, so please tell me for which of these universities I don't have big chances(and it will be a waste of money) or recommend me another universities, not in the list. THANK YOU! :

Your TOEFL score will hurt you. Several universities recommend a minimum TOEFL score. They consider the score very important for giving TAships.

Iirc, NYU recommends a minimum of 100.
