Help for a french applicant!

Hi everyone!
I really need your help here! I graduated from an engineering school (a "grande école") in France and I did what they call "classes préparatoires" before getting into that school. The only degree I have after high school is the one I got from my "grande école" and it is equivalent to a Ms in the USA (They don't give a degree in the "classes préparatoires")
Some universities are asking me to only give an undergrad institution which granted me a degree and well, I don't have a undergrad degree! I really don't know what to do since I still have to give my GPA from the classes préparatoires.
Is there any french applicant or any other applicant with the same issue?
Best!!
