How do you know if you are wait-listed?

This year I only applied to one school (I don't know why!!): the masters program in applied math at Ohio State U-Columbus. I e-mailed the coordinator about my application about 10 days ago and I didn't get any response. Could I be wait-listed? My online application file only says "incomplete" meaning they haven't decided.
Also If someone got admitted there, what is their deadline for accept/decline an offer?

deadline is april 15th.

This only applies to phd program. Deadline of ms program depends on schools. Some ms program has an application deadline on Jun 1st.

The deadline for MMS is April 15th.

Thank you! I guess they will reply to me at some point after April 15th. I hope I am wait-listed, at least there is a chance.

I think it's really strange that they're not replying to your e-mails. They were usually pretty quick to respond to mine.
