Question about communicating with graduate directors

I have contacted the grad directors at Vanderbilt and Kentucky but I haven't heard back from them(they are the only schools that I haven't heard from at all). I was wondering what the standard was in regard to sending out another email? I sent it last week and I simply inquired when I might expect to hear about a second round offer or if I was rejected. Should I email them again? Maybe call?

Why don't you just sit it out? I'm sure these graduate directors are busy enough without having to recieve and reply to so many emails off of people. You're going to find out eventually anyway?

I totally understand your mood. But if they didn't reply, I think the only thing you can do is just to wait
